Nature Based Programmes
There are major benefits in using natural settings where people can experience an ecosystem as a living model of resilience, getting outdoors also helps to generate new perspectives and deeper relationships within a team.
We especially recommend using Hazel Hill wood for such programmes www.hazelhill.org.uk. This beautiful 70-acre conservation woodland near Salisbury has excellent teaching and residential facilities, and is an ideal model of a cultivated resilient ecosystem. The main formats we offer here are:
One-day non-residential: experience and explore the eight principles of our roots of resilience model, with a short session on application and follow-up.
2-3 day residential programmes: the longer time period and staying overnight at the wood enables a deeper experience of the model, and substantial time to apply it to the particular issues of a team or organisation. For example, these could include reviewing vision and strategy, team building, or reviewing the ongoing resilience and wellbeing of the team/organisation.
See our events page for the current programme.
