Growing resilience and wellbeing skills
NOURISHING THE FRONTLINE
Our programmes have been developed for frontline organisations in health and social care, counsellors, coaches, youth workers, social workers, community workers whose work is typically characterised by low resources, high demands and a high risk of burnout. Frontline workers are welcome from all sectors. The aim is to grow effectiveness and wellbeing in work, for frontline workers and their
teams, through practical skills which nourish resilience and expand your capacity. The combination of experienced facilitators with a deep understanding of resilience and wellbeing, and the insights and support of our magical woodland is a powerful one. Frontline workers can expect to come away from the wood with practical tools which help address the challenges of stress and overload.
Examples of past events
Over the last few years we have been offering a series of open days and bespoke days for particular teams and organisations for example, fire and rescue workers, care home workers, council workers, junior doctors etc. See below for some examples.
We have come to the end of our current programme of free lottery funded events but if resilience and wellbeing skills at work are high on your agenda, we are happy to design bespoke trainings for your team or organisation
Do join our mailing list if you would like to be informed of future events, or contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or 07599 774716 to find out more
