to realising your vision

What do you need to cristallyse or reconnect with your dream? What is your own deepest and most profound gift? What is your story of the change you want to make? Are you clear about your audience and your intended impact?
This residential is a time to incubate your dream or idea and to think deeply about what your own unique part will be. It also marks the beginning of a collective journey, and offers the chance to learn more about authentic leadership, group dynamics and how to effectively harvest the creative energy of teams. In getting to know the wood, a group of passionate like-minded people and ourselves in a new context we will collectively shape our journey towards change. When we move from dreaming to implementing, what comes up? Looking internally, how can we empower ourselves to be most effective? What limiting beliefs do we need to let go of? And externally, how do we enlist wider support, how do we shift our attitude towards money from one of scarcity to a more positive outlook, thus becoming self-empowered in the process of raising their funds?

What do we need to sustain ourselves on this journey? If we are in it for the long haul, what will keep our energy high? How do we respond when the team or the context change? And looking beyond ourselves, what kind of team do we need to build, who else can we work with, what legal or financial structures do we need to put in place? And how do we deal with resistors, opposition, institutions or officialdom along the way?
In the second residential, we return to the wood and continue our collective journey. Knowing that a lot projects and enterprises collapse within less than three year, we want to explore what keeps us going, what do we need to replenish our enthusiasm, commitment and creative energy or how do we create a legacy and assure that our projects survive our departure.
Furthermore this time together is a chance to understand more deeply the dynamics of building long lasting community and the role of celebration as a conscious recognition and appreciation of everything we have accomplished and learned (from each other) as a powerful way to prevent dropping motivation and burnout.
Course fees include basic accommodation, all meals, potential materials and all facilitated sessions. The modules will run from Wednesday to Friday afternoon, and include two nights shared or private (at a small premium) accommodation and all vegetarian meals from the first dinner you arrive through until the lunchtime before your departure.
We ask you to arrive between 3 and 4.30pm on the first day of the module so that the group can begin the experience by dining together. We recommend attending this programme as a full three part journey from March until October, however you may choose to book only one module as well.
